OUR WORK
Diversity and Inclusion is the future of Themed Entertainment and Creative Development. CQF takes major strides in bringing awareness to mindsets in the creative industry that prohibits healthy equality and minority career growth. We provide learning resources for minorities pursuing a career in the field, special events, scholarships, and various programs to provide opportunity for Creative POCs to define how they fit in an always adjusting creative world. At the same time, we are actively in search of opportunities to partner with companies with a passion to develop content introducing new creative minority leaders to the industry. Check out our
REFERRAL PORTFOLIO showing how CQF has made a difference in the creative industry.

BE A PART OF OUR ANNUAL SHOWCASE
In 2024, we are featuring our first annual showcase that will open 100 new jobs a year. Our goal is to create an industry standard live show to put on each year in the city entertainment mecca of Orlando, FL. featuring a cast and diverse creative team. This show will open doors for future creative leaders of tomorrow covering numerous positions in creative development and project management.

Every year, 50 CQF Creative Scholars get the golden opportunity to attend the Annual IAAPA convention in person and virtually. The International Association of Amusement and Attractions (IAAPA) have been around for over 100 years bringing the creative industry together. CQF is proud to partner with IAAPA moving the Diversity and Inclusion agenda forward building the future creative minority leaders of tomorrow.
